Transparent Energy Planning and Implementation, Regional Municipality of Bornholm, Denmark

The project "Transplan" is an action-oriented municipal energy plan which integrates a number of practical and innovative approaches. Transplan is a core activity in the regional municipality's strategy to become a 100 % green and attractive island in 2025, and has enabled the island to implement a number of promising projects, among those the large smart grid project of EDISON.
